We read everything that arrives. Using the right route below will usually get you a faster and more useful answer than a general enquiry.

The things people most often write about

A company profile is wrong or out of date

Use Suggest an update. Tell us which listing and which detail, and include a link to something that shows the correct value if you can — that is what lets us fix it the same day rather than next month.

A review breaks your rules

Use Report a problem. Tell us which rule in our review guidelines it breaks. “It is unfair” or “it is inaccurate” is not something we can verify and is not grounds for removal on its own — a public reply is the right tool for that.

This is my company and I want to manage the listing

You do not need us for that. Claim the listing and verify that you are connected to the company — by an email address on its own domain, by its published phone number, or by a document a moderator reads. It is free.

I have a complaint about a listed company

We are not a regulator or an ombudsman and we cannot compel a company to do anything. Every company profile has a Making a complaint section that names the statutory ombudsman or regulator for that market and says how long the firm gets to respond first. That is the route that has teeth.

What not to send us

Please do not email account numbers, card numbers, passwords, national insurance or social security numbers, or copies of financial statements. We do not need them, and we would rather not hold them. If we receive them we delete them.
