We are not a regulator, a broker, or an adviser. We do not approve, endorse or licence any company. Nothing here is financial advice, and a listing is not a recommendation. Before acting on anything you read here, check it with the company and, where it matters, with the relevant regulator.
Accuracy
Every company page shows where its information came from. Details supplied by a company are checked for plausibility, not independently verified. Details matched against an official register are linked back to that register so you can check them yourself.
Fees, rates and terms change, and ours may be out of date. Always confirm current terms directly with the company before acting on them.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
- One account per person. Do not create accounts to write reviews you are not entitled to write.
- Do not claim a listing for a business you are not authorised to represent.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or our review guidelines.
What you write
You keep ownership of your reviews. By posting, you give us permission to publish and display them here. You confirm the experience is your own and that you are not being paid to write it.
Your review is yours. No company can edit it, hide it, or pay to have it removed — see our neutrality policy. We will remove a review that breaks the guidelines, and we will tell you why.
If you manage a listing
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish about your company.
- You may reply to reviews. You may not edit, hide or remove them.
- Changes to a published listing are reviewed before they go live.
- Featured placement is a paid position in a labelled slot. It buys placement and nothing else.
Liability
We provide this directory as it is. We do not guarantee that everything on it is accurate, complete or current, and we are not responsible for your dealings with any company listed here — those are between you and them.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell account holders. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
